Orion Breen of Saint Albans, Maine is developing Social Ventures and Microenterprises with HEP for lower income entrepreneurs. A graduate of USC film school in Los Angeles, Orion returned home to work with Bangor Metro Magazine in charge of multimedia production and marketing. He is a founder of the Buy Local Bangor campaign. Orion is passionate about helping small business owners succeed and the Maine economy grow.
