Tasks list for AVISTA Volunteers - Primary responsibilities:

1. recruit, engage and retain members to Hour Exchange Portland
2. outreach to the community with partnerships with local nonprofits, businesses partners, church and civic groups, schools, senior centers, medical providers, and community
3. raise resources in support of HEP operations
4. facilitate and track member exchanges
5. create and strengthen strategic collaborative relationships
6. assess program needs, assets and resources with a goal of increasing member exchanges for needed services
7. work with members to create ownership of the HEP program through engagement and support, and growth and development
8. document best practices, create tool kits and track exchange and data information of Hour Exchange Portland member exchanges, and complete performance reports
